The Funding Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. Participate in existing and new outreach and recruitment activities, both on and off-campus

Manage and ensure a consistent and timely presence in EvCC's service area

Monitor external requests and update the campus outreach calendar

Present EvCC information to prospective students utilizing appealing formats

Engage, inform and recruit prospective EvCC students via social media

Support the creation and distribution of EvCC's recruitment and marketing materials

Work collaboratively on projects with the EvCC Diversity and Equity Center, Financial Aid, College Advancement, Student LIFE and other campus departments
Minimum Qualifications:
Exceptional presentation skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Professional level computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Skillful use and understanding of social media Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution Experience supporting students and/or populations across a diverse spectrum of backgrounds Experience working on a team and able to work independently

Salary: $46,980 - $54,492 plus benefits
