Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our company as an Office Manager. As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the organization's operations and accounting. This is a leadership role that requires strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to drive results.

Duties:
-Oversee all accounts payable and receivable functions through Quickbooks
- Maintain personnel records
- Run monthly reports
- Create Invoices and monthly statements and post payments to receivables
- Other various office duties

Qualifications:
- Accounting and Quickbooks experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be dependable & have reliable transportation
- Excellent management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
