Randal Retail Group manufacturers and installs custom store fixtures, signage, and graphics. Our team designs and manufactures custom millwork, seating, and tables – nationally and internationally. Randal Retail Group works with many retail, food service, health & fitness, and franchise operations. 

About the role

We are looking for a hardworking warehouse worker. You will be responsible for performing an array of duties across different departments such as shipping, laminate, hardware, and solid surface. On-the-job training will be provided.

Pay beginning at $16/hour. Pay increase after 4 months of continued employment. Beginning pay rate up to $18/hour with previous relevant experience. 

Requirements

 Core Responsibilities

· Read and interprets plans and blueprints

· Loads and adjusts workpieces onto equipment or work tables, using hand tools

· Assists in maintaining warehouse and related tools and equipment in a clean, safe, and orderly condition

· Verifies the quality of finished workpieces by inspecting them, comparing them to templates, or measuring their dimensions

· Wraps, packs, logs, and otherwise prepares parcels and goods for shipping

· Performs related duties as assigned

Qualifications

· Work experience as a general laborer in a warehouse is preferred

· Completion of a background investigation and drug screening

· Strong people skills

· Good moral character

· Physically strong, agile, and dexterous

· Positive work history and ability to maintain solid attendance

· Available to work extended hours
