Requires a high school diploma. Additionally, General Maintenance Supervisor may require certain certifications in the field. Typically reports to a manager. The General Maintenance Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a General Maintenance Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Job Description: Looking for a general laborer/painter to join our team working Monday-Friday (occasionally weekends but this is optional when offered). Experience is not necessary. Our new team member will work on 3-8 man crews performing tasks such as painting using a 2 part urethane paint, and installing various components related to gas station re-imaging (bolt trash cans down, assemble pump toppers, install flags/lane IDs, screw up angle, metal fascia panels, and signage to gas canopies, install gas pump decals, etc.). We utilize scissor lifts that go 20' in the air (safety harnesses are provided and must be worn at all times) and ladders (6-12’ typically and occasionally extension ladders). Employees have the option to meet at the job site or meet at our office where transportation to the site will be provided. Our trucks leave to the job site between 7:30-7:45am and return to the office at the end of the work day. Job sites are located anywhere from 15min-6hrs away, so return time to the office varies. We routinely spend nights out of town Mon-Fri (if the job site is over roughly 2hrs away). We pay for the hotel (2 to a room, we don’t cram 8 people in a room) and per diem. Individuals do not need to speak English fluently, but will need to speak and comprehend the basics as working with scissor lifts and around cars (gas station is open during work) requires communication. Pay is weekly (every Thursday). Must be legal to work in the US. We provide paid holidays, and offer voluntary benefits to include vision and dental coverage, life insurance, health insurance, etc.
