Job Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in a construction setting. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to operate power tools, assemble and fabricate materials, and perform general labor duties. The job will entail mowing, spring /fall cleanup, irrigation maintenance & installation , hardscape installation, and so much more. This job is great for people willing to learn, experience and improve all of your landscape & hardscape abilities. A valid drivers license is required and reliable transportation to the shop and home.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading and unloading materials
- Operate skid steer and other construction equipment
-Operate Lawn mowing & maintenance equipment
- Perform basic mechanical tasks
- Use power tools to cut, drill, and assemble materials
- Assist with the fabrication of structures or components
- Clean and maintain work areas
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols
-Follow instruction with competence and attention to detail
Skills:
- Previous experience working in a construction environment is preferred
- Proficient in operating lawn maintenance equipment and other construction equipment
- Basic mechanical knowledge to perform tasks effectively
- Ability to use power tools safely and accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina and strength to perform labor-intensive tasks
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
