Maintenance Supervisor - Hotel Experience Required
The Maintenance Supervisor will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for overseeing all property maintenance operations.

Our ideal candidate should be hands-on with strong HVAC experience and have the ability to troubleshoot and repair all hotel equipment

Requirements

• Previous Maintenance Leadership experience in a hotel setting is required - a minimum of three years
• Have a solid understanding of all phases of hotel engineering - plumbing, electrical, HVAC certified, certified in boiler maintenance, preventative maintenance, etc., and will be able to effectively delegate work and tasks to subordinates to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel
• Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills
• Play an active role on the hotel leadership team including participation in the MOD program
