Daily Internal & external building rounds & inspections * Changing HVAC filters * Touch up painting, minor drywall repair * General landscaping * Assist in running fire drills * Running & testing generators * Inspect building equipment to ensure safety standards are met * Identify and fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries * Complete work orders assigned by the department manager * Have fun and get paid!
