Responsibilities
Recruiting and Employment Coordination
- Proactively work with Property Managers and Regional Property Manager to identify and recruit for open positions.
- Build applicant referral sources by networking with appropriate businesses, trade schools, and other channels.
- Post job openings in Applicant Tracking System and review incoming applications.
- Identify and contact qualified candidates, phone screen, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct pre-employment screening and submit documentation to Human Resources.
- Welcome each new employee to the GSC team and complete the on-boarding process to include new hire orientation and job specific training.
- Assist with employee transfers, promotions, salary changes, terminations, leave of absence, benefit changes, and all other personal actions are efficiently processed and submitted to Human Resources.
- Serve as backup to Property Managers to input and verify employee time sheets.
Administrative Functions
- Assist Regional Property Manager with correspondence, research, reporting, travel arrangements, and marketing for GSC properties.
- Coordinate with external vendors as needed.
- Code and voucher credit card statements for Regional Property Managers.
- Assist with the completion of Incident Summary Reports monthly.
- Perform other duties as required by Executive Assistant to the VP of APM
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years administrative experience preferably in a Property Management or Real Estate environment.
- One or more year experience recruiting with direct candidate interaction.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
- Effective communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
