Overview
As a Warehouse Baler Operator, you will play a crucial role in our operations by unloading trucks filled with clothing and efficiently transforming these items into compact bales using our baler machine. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to operate machinery safely. You will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure a smooth workflow and help maintain an organized and efficient work environment.

Duties

• Unload trucks using carts and Gaylord boxes.
• Operate the baler machine to compress bags of clothing into compact bales.
• Use a forklift to transport bales to the designated storage area.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area after baling operations.
• Assist with any additional warehouse tasks as needed.

Experience

• Preferred but not required: Previous experience in a warehouse environment and with machine operation.
• Preferred but not required: Experience with forklift operation; training will be provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
