As we expand our operations, we are looking for a skilled Commercial Glazier to join our talented team in Columbus, Ohio.

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Glazier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, skilled in working with glass and aluminum, and capable of installing various types of glazing systems. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, from storefront installations to curtain wall systems, while contributing to our company’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation of storefronts, curtain walls, aluminum entrances, windows and interior glass systems on commercial construction projects.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and drawings to ensure precise installation.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a commercial glazier (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Proficiency in handling various glazing tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with installing different types of glazing systems, including curtain walls and storefronts.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials as required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.50 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
