Job Title: Personal Lines Account Manager - Remote | WFH

Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Personal Lines Account Manager to join our esteemed team. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with producers to facilitate the processing of new and renewal business, while delivering outstanding customer service to our clients. Your contributions will significantly enhance client satisfaction and ensure their insurance needs are met with the utmost professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with producers and account executives to monitor and manage policy expirations, acquiring essential information for both renewals and new business.
• Market new and renewal business, assess premiums, and create comprehensive presentation packets while overseeing underwriting and marketing data by carrier.
• Review new and renewal policies for precision, including ratings, coverages, signatures, and additional details. Ensure timely processing of these transactions to generate billing invoices for clients.
• Address incoming client inquiries via phone or email, responding to insurance, claims, or administrative questions, while referring to producers only as necessary.
• Utilize a suspense system to track and follow up on outstanding orders, correspondence, and reports.
• Guarantee adherence to agency E&O guidelines and maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.
• Organize and keep electronic and paper files current and orderly.
• Undertake special projects as assigned by management.
