Key Accountabilities

• Schedule and supervise the Greens crew which includes working weekends and holidays
• Fill-in and act as 1st Assistant when necessary
• Supervise and participate in the fertilization, pesticide application, planting, and maintenance of the golf course, putting greens, and 5-acre event site
• Assist in the construction of and maintenance of the departmental budget
• Grow into a 1st Assistant

General Requirements

• You have a CA Qualified Applicator Certificate, Certified Pesticide License, or the ability to obtain within 6 months
• You have at least two years of golf course maintenance experience
• You have working knowledge of all Microsoft platforms (Excel, word, etc.)
• You have strong communication skills and the ability to lead others
• You want a challenge with a fun and skillful team!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $66,560.00 per year
