We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Superintendent to join our team. As an Assistant Superintendent, you will work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent to oversee and manage all aspects of groundskeeping and landscape maintenance. This is a leadership role that requires supervisory skills and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.

```Responsibilities:```
- Supervise a team of groundskeepers and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
- Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing maintenance projects
- Perform various groundskeeping duties as mowing and irrigation repair
- Monitor equipment inventory and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

```Experience:```
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is required
- Strong knowledge of golf course maintenance and irrigation systems
- Ability to lead and supervise a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and vendors
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Experience in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $50,000.00 per year
