JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the supervision of maintenance staff, maintenance and repair of all county owned and leased buildings and structures, and obtaining cost estimates for repairs; must have the ability to inspect, schedule and organize preventative maintenance work, repairs and remodeling; must be able to effectively communicate with employees, contractors, department heads and elected officials involved in the maintenance and repair of buildings and care of the grounds; communicate, collaborate, and cooperate with other departments within County Government; oversee and manage budget for employees, supplies, materials and capital expenses; must be able to effectively manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
