Colusa County Office of Education is recruiting for a Director-Facilities and Maintenance to Maintain facilities in a safe operating condition, maintain a preventive maintenance program and resolve immediate operational and/or facility safety concerns. Oversight of facility construction, modernization and modifications including the maintenance, repair, of buildings, grounds and equipment, bidding process and deferred maintenance; supervision of custodial/maintenance staff.

SALARY:
$106,785 - $143,102 per year
HOURS/DAYS:
8 hours per day, 220 days per year

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in job-related field. A combination of education and related experience may be substituted.
Prior job-related experience with demonstrated competence in managing a comprehensive facilities program preferably within a school organization.
LICENSES & REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate will be required to provide DOJ and FBI fingerprint clearance, TB test clearance, COVID 19 vaccination verification (or program-required equivalent), a valid California driver’s license, disclosure of CA-DMV Driver Record (INF-1125) following acceptance of job offer, and pass pre-employment physical examination with lift test.
