The Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) announces an examination process to create an eligibility list to fill one (1) vacancy for the classification of Grant Writer in the Financial Services Department. - Equivalent to a bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, statistics, grant administration, or related subject
Experience:- Four years of experience in grant writing, business development, administrative analysis, grant administration or closely related experience
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, an appropriate, valid Nevada driver's license
Desired Qualifications:- Experience writing government grants is preferred
- Experience uploading applications to into government portals preferred

Amargosa Valley (formerly Lathrop Wells) is an unincorporated town in Nye County, in the U.S. state of Nevada.
Amargosa Valley is located at 36.58001 North, 116.44487 West at an elevation of 2,640 feet (805 m) above sea level. The landscape is typical of lower to moderate elevations in the Mojave Desert, with flat expanses of sandy soil punctuated by rocky mounds and hills.
