We are looking for motivated high performing technicians to work as a team lead position in our Quick Lane. This position is the highest level technician in the Quick Lane, which gives a tech the opportunity to grow into a main shop tech while becoming familiar with leading a team and understanding flat rate pay.

Team Lead Technician responsibilities include:

• Manage a team of technicians while prioritizing efficiency and quality
• Perform services including brakes, tires, flushes, suspension repairs, etc.
• Drive shop wide efficiency and production
• Be a leader for young and upcoming technicians

Experience needed:

• At least 4 years automotive experience preferably Ford experience
• Able to manage multiple people and jobs at the same time
• Need prior experience with services including flushes, brakes, and tires
• Flat rate pay experience is preferred but not required
