Coastal Fertility Specialists is growing and has an immediate opening for a Financial Counselor Assistant (Insurance Verification/Prior Authorization Specialist) in our Daniel Island office who wants to make a difference in this world by helping couples with infertility start the family of their dreams. This is an incredibly rewarding career as over 95% of couples trying to conceive will do so with our help.

    We're looking for a candidate with at least one year of medical administrative experience in healthcare whose duties will include:

    Verifying insurance benefits and working with insurance companies to obtain authorizations
    Managing prescription requests and completing medication prior-authorizations
    Communication with Financial Counselors and insurance carriers
    All other administrative and clerical tasks as needed
    Must be well organized, have excellent communication and customer service skills and have the ability to multitask and work well in a team environment. This is a full-time position of approximately 36 - 40 hours per week in our Daniel Island, SC office.

    Coastal Fertility Specialists consists of five clinical and two administrative offices. We have over 100 employees including NP's, RN?s, 5 physicians, and a complete embryology team all driven to be the best Reproductive Endocrinology practice in the southeast. So far we have won 3 consecutive national patient satisfaction awards and have pregnancy rates in the top 10% of the country. We pride ourselves in employee satisfaction and have very low employee turnover.
