The Patient Care Advocate (PCA) is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role ensures all sales are compliant with state regulations and that customer needs are heard and met throughout the sales process. This position is also responsible for ensuring transactions are accurately recorded in point-of-sale (POS) and inventory tracking systems.
