Job Title: Aquatics Sales Associate with Ecommerce, Photography, or Graphic Design Skills

Frags 2 Fishes is a specialty aquarium retail store that provides high-quality aquatic products to our customers. We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Aquatics Sales Associate with additional skills in ecommerce, photography, or graphic design to join our team.

Responsibilities:

*Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in finding the right products for their needs *Maintain a clean and organized store environment *Manage inventory and restock products as necessary *Assist in the setup and maintenance of aquarium displays *Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns *Manage online sales through our ecommerce platform *Capture high-quality product and store images for use in marketing materials and social media *Create engaging graphic designs for use in marketing materials and social media

Requirements:

*Prior experience in an aquarium retail store or similar environment preferred *Strong knowledge of aquatic products, fish, and aquariums *Excellent customer service and communication skills *Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays *Proficiency in ecommerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce *Experience with photography and graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign preferred *Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
