Job Summary:

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Regularly involved in color separation and color correction.
• Responsible for image editing, file assembly, trapping, and proofing.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Experience and familiarity with packaging structures including layouts for corrugated boxes, folding cartons, label lamination, etc.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with color correction, image editing, electronic separation, trapping, screening & stepping for packaging.
• Understanding and application of ICC color profiles.
• Experience with inkjet digital proofing devices.
• Possess good communication skills, positive attitude, and demonstrates the ability to follow up when necessary.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

• Familiarity with other design and editing software, including other Adobe applications.
• Previous experience with Esko Deskpack tools and workflow.

Education, Experience, and Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• College or trade school preferred but not required.
