Additionally, Graphic Design Specialist experienced using a variety of design and editing tools and software such as Adobe. The Graphic Design Specialist work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.   • What You’ll Do:
    As a Graphic Design Specialist for Coastal Ridge, you will support the Creative Services Project Manager on all design-related needs for Coastal Ridge, and its affiliated companies. Projects will include social media graphic creation, creation of internal communications, communication pieces for internal departments, support in managing the company swag store, and development of other relevant marketing materials.
     
    Attributes and capabilities that are critical to this position include creativity, ability to work independently and in a team environment and being able to meet timely deadlines.
     
    Where You’ll Work:
    Located in downtown Columbus, Ohio, our corporate offices overlook the Columbus Commons which plays hosts to over 200 events throughout the year. Enjoy the building’s fitness center and rooftop terrace with adjoining clubroom, and walk to some of the city’s best restaurants and downtown amenities.
     
    What You'll Own:
    • Design brochures, pitch materials, flyers, website and social media graphics, infographics, logos, signage, and other marketing materials as needed
    • Support internal clients within various departments to develop exceptional marketing materials that achieve business goals and objectives
    • Assist in managing the company swag store and sourcing new items for the store
    • Organize, catalog and audit creative assets
    • Serve as a brand champion for the company, ensuring all materials support Coastal Ridge’s overall brand, vision, values, mission and goals
    • Internal pricing audits and oversight for third-party creative services vendors.
    • Partner with the Creative Services Project Manager to provide a creative point of view on the evolution of the Coastal Ridge brand
    • Prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
     
    What You'll Bring:
    • Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related area of study
    • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and related applications
    • Proven strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Desire to learn and grow professionally
    • Interest or experience in private real estate investment, development, and property management is a plus
    • Up to date with recent trends and best practices in design
    • Passion for communicating through new media channels and understanding what motivates people to engage and convert with content
    • Photography and videography/video editing skills a plus
    • Illustration skills a plus
    • Copywriting skills a plus
    • A portfolio or sample of work will be required with your application
