Reports to: Director of Marketing

Summary: The Graphic Designer will be a critical member of our marketing team, focusing on creating visually appealing and brand-consistent graphics for our product labels, print medica, and digital platforms.This role requires a blend of creativity and technical expertise to ensure all design elements are aligned with our brand strategy and meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.

Responsibilities: These responsibilities are intended to provide an overview of the Graphic Designer role. This list is not inclusive – other duties may be assigned to support the growth of the business.

Design and execute graphic content for print media such as flyers, brochures, and trade show materials, as well as digital content including website graphics, email campaigns, and social media posts.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative solutions for branding campaigns.

Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion.

Ensure all graphic solutions are optimized for printing as well as digital platforms.

Maintain brand guidelines and consistency throughout all marketing projects.

Develop and refine our product labels, ensuring they are attractive, informative, and compliant with regulatory standards.

Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement visual marketing strategies that effectively communicate brand messages.

Monitor production stages to ensure quality and adherence to brand guidelines.

Proactively identify design trends and technologies that could enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Keep up to date with industry developments and tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Associate degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and expertise in label design.

Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A keen eye for aesthetics and details.

Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Experience:

A minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a manufacturing industry.

A working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
