The main purpose of this position will be to assist the accounting department with the processing of Accounts Receivables.

Our ideal candidate must be well organized, dependable, willing to wear a few different hats, and handle day-to-day operations in a courteous and positive manner. QuickBooks experience is a REQUIREMENT of this position.

Duties Include:

• Processing Invoices
• Contacting customers concerning overdue invoices
• Maintaining Excel databases
• Composing, typing, and editing correspondence, reports, etc.
• Maintaining an accurate filing system and inventory system

Qualifications Include:

• MUST HAVE working knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise
• Being able to answer a phone properly and professionally
• Good understanding of Excel, Word, and PDF
• Excellent organizational skills
• Basic Math knowledge
