Group Branch Manager manages the financial and service performance of a defined group of retail branches in a geographic area. Establishes the strategy, specific goals, and performance levels required for each branch to meet the organizational objectives for the region. Being a Group Branch Manager monitors and analyzes financial and customer activity to understand needs, identify issues, and provide the tools and resources needed to achieve goals. Leads business development and promotional activities in the area and coaches branch managers in tactics to build customer relationships, increase sales, and enhance the bank's presence in the community. Summary: The Branch Manager understands, communicates, and works to achieve the values, vision, and mission of FFB, FFA, and First Foundation, Inc. Responsible for risk management, sales/service activities, marketing plan, leadership/management, operating budget, profitable growth, and operational integrity of the assigned branch. This will be accomplished through proactive calling efforts to targeted prospects and referrals from existing clients, providing (individual and team) exemplary levels of client service, and identifying and promoting FFB/FFA solutions to client needs. Understands the valuable benefits of building long-term relationships with clients that may include various FFB/FFA business sales partners, as well as third-party vendors, and their products/services as appropriate. Responsible for recruiting, hiring, developing, coaching, and motivating branch team members. Is the senior officer in their branch office and will be called upon to act on behalf of the bank in public relations activities in the surrounding community/communities.
Salary Range: The salary range budgeted for this position is $90,000/yr to $95,000/yr and represents the Company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
The Company also offers a full range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K match. Other rewards may include annual performance-based bonuses and wellness days.
