Leads business development and promotional activities in the area and coaches branch managers in tactics to build customer relationships, increase sales, and enhance the bank's presence in the community. Additionally, Group Branch Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Group Branch Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Essex Savings Bank is seeking a Branch Manager who can help manage a team by creating an energetic, team environment while providing excellent customer service to our banking customers. The Branch Manager is responsible for the achievement of sales (business development), service, and operational goals in their respective branch and contributing to the achievement of bank-wide strategic goals. This will be accomplished via the leadership and coaching of a high-performance team in all of the above aspects, and developing strong partnerships with internal partners.
