Kaia FIT Sierra is a unique fitness and nutrition training program designed by women for all women regardless of age, body type, physical injuries or current fitness level. Kaia FIT workouts consist of functional intense training sessions designed to keep the body guessing and prevent prolonged plateaus.

We are looking for energetic, team-minded coaches that are passionate about health, wellness and helping others meet their fitness and nutrition goals. A qualified team member must have a clear working knowledge of functional training, fundamental movements, modifications and safety. We have four studios across the Reno-Sparks area.

The ideal candidate can teach at least one of the following class types: Cross-Training, TRX, Barre, Yoga-Pilates, Lift, Cardio Dance (any variation), Cycle and/or Track/Run.

Personal training certification (ACE, NESTA, or NASM) and prior coaching experience highly recommended.

Our ideal candidate is:

• Available on weekdays for any or all of the following time slots: 4:30 a.m. to 7 a.m.; 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.; and/or 4 to 7 p.m.
• Available Saturday and/or Sunday mornings
• Can commit to at least 4 hours per week
• Has a nationally recognized personal training certificate
• Involved in fitness, community, health or sports in a leadership role
• Upbeat, optimistic, passionate, friendly and authentic
• An excellent team player
• Responsible and dependable
• Proactive and solution-oriented
• Receptive to constructive feedback
• Excellent with communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able and willing to accept and provide feedback

• Group Fitness: 1 year (Preferred)
