• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers and first time guests
• Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with coaches to guide first time guests through their Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help grow the studio numbers and revenue
• Following up on prospective clients
• Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized

We are looking for someone to grow and become part of our leadership team as an Assistant Studio Manager and take on several additional responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in daily activities to ensure they meet minimum requirements.
• Some reporting and auditing of sales.
• Lead management.
• Review prospecting & external marketing plan for the Week
• Inventory Tracking
• Studio events
