Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and certified Group Fitness Instructor to join our dynamic team. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will lead energetic and engaging group fitness classes for our diverse clientele. You will motivate and inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals while ensuring a safe and enjoyable workout experience.

Responsibilities:

• Instruct high-energy group fitness classes in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide modifications as needed to accommodate varying fitness levels.
• Motivate and inspire participants to reach their fitness goals through positive reinforcement and encouragement.
• Create a fun and inclusive atmosphere that fosters a sense of community among participants.
• Ensure the safety of all participants by monitoring exercise intensity, providing proper cues, and offering assistance when necessary.
• Stay current on industry trends and continuously develop new and innovative class formats to keep classes fresh and exciting.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting participants, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist with class registration, check-in, and equipment setup as needed.

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Fitness Instructor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and exercise physiology
- Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate exercise techniques
- Experience in sports coaching or personal training is a plus
- Certification in relevant fitness disciplines is required

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Group fitness: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• CPR/AED Certification (Required)
