As a Maternity Group Home Manager you will collaborate to develop, design and oversee our Maternity Group Home program. You will partner with youth to learn and develop the necessary skills for long-term independence and support youth in developing positive parenting skills.

This Position:

We are interested in applicants with a Bachelor's in Early Childhood, Social Work, Psychology or related OR equivalent combination of post-secondary school and experience that equals four years. We are looking for someone with knowledge of early childhood development, the needs of pregnant and/or parenting youth, and social/emotional curriculums (such as Conscious Discipline). This position will supervise one part-time employee (Maternity Group Home Case Manager), so prior supervisory experience is preferred.

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Starting pay is between $24.52-$26.44/hour. This role does require the ability to be on-call one evening per week and one weekend per month.

Possessing or ability to obtain a Class E Driver's License is required.
