Description

The Estimator is responsible for :

• Developing full estimates on large scale projects up to $50M
• Sitting out of the office in Belmont, NH
• Coordinating and interfacing with project team members to resolve any technical matters during planning and development, negotiation, and contract execution
• etc.

Profile

The right Estimator will have :

• 5 years working as an Estimator with a reputable commercial GC
• Understanding of quality building practices
• Ability to communicate and clearly present project cost solutions
• Professional verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to read, understand, and execute blueprints, drawings, and plan
• Familiar with Procore, Excel, BlueBeam, Microsoft Project
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field
