Groupware Specialist oversees the development and deployment of the organization's groupware initiative. Defines business requirements and selects collaborative software to meet these requirements. Being a Groupware Specialist implements hardware or software, troubleshoots, and may train end-users. Typically oversees internet access, document sharing, email or other messaging systems. Additionally, Groupware Specialist coordinates with end-users to define needs or areas for improvement. Ensures that all updates or upgrades are appropriately integrated into existing networks. Provides technical support, troubleshooting and training on groupware systems and makes suggestions regarding future groupware needs. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Groupware Specialist typically requires 7+ years of related experience. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. Due to observing male clients during the UDS process, only male applicants will be considered for this position.
UDS Specialist / Male Urine Collector needed to oversee the urine collection of same-gender clients at our Akron and Canton office locations.
Applicant must work well with others, be able to follow specific procedures as trained, have good organizational skills and maintain chain of custody for the urine collection process.
Applicants will need to have experience in using a computer. Applicants with experience in urine collection are preferred.
The UDS specialist will meet with the client and complete all required paperwork, provide direction to the client on the urine screening process and observe the urine collection.
The UDS specialist is in charge of maintaining the chain of custody for all drug screens. The UDS specialist will note any irregularity in the urine collection process and complete a note in the electronic record for each urine drug screen completed.
The UDS specialist will be trained on all policies and procedures related to urine collection, observation, and chain of custody.
The specialist will also assist with other duties related to the program, including uploading records into the electronic record.
This position would work two days a week out of Akron location and two days a week out of the Canton location Monday through Thursday, with no Fridays.
This is a 10 hour day position with lunch.
A background check is completed prior to final hiring for the position.
