Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Job Purpose: Sea Turtle, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop marketing strategies and communication for targeted audiences both internally and externally. This person will be responsible for innovative and strategic content creation that will allow audiences to engage with the mission and focus of Sea Turtle Inc. Along with two marketing assistants the Marketing Manager will execute on the strategy as well as the day to day social media, website, media and all other creative content management. Manager will be a data driven, innovative trendsetter. Must be outgoing and engaging to drive marketing relationships and grow the mission of the organization.
This is an in office position located at 6617 Padre Blvd South Padre Island TX
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze social media performance across all platforms, interpreting data and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to implement data-driven strategies, using analytics to inform and optimize marketing efforts for increased donor engagement and contributions.
- Continuously assess and refine marketing approaches based on learnings from social media metrics, ensuring ongoing improvement and growth in donations and community engagement.
- Leverage insights to develop and execute targeted campaigns that resonate with audiences and drive measurable results.
- Execution and support of program related content across all social media channels
- Design and implementation of website for maximum engagement
- Use customer insights and feedback to develop targeted marketing messages that resonate with audiences and improve customer experience.
- Must be innovative and in touch with digital trends and marketing evolution
- Stay ahead of industry trends, technological advances, and marketing best practices, ensuring the company is leveraging the most effective and innovative strategies.
- Evaluate and experiment with emerging marketing tools, platforms, and technologies to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
- Coordinate press releases, schedule and prescreen media interviews and request for organizations executives for both print, commercial and news outlets
- Help review content across all departments for relevancy, consistency, and brand compliance.
- Provide support and execution of special events and marketing events and outreaches
- Identify stakeholders and target audiences on our virtual platforms, and encourage engagement. Develop and maintain relationships with appropriate constituency groups.
- Serves as a lead for standard and digital marketing campaigns; assists with special events, corporate partnerships, and cause-marketing arrangements.
- Supports fundraising, communications and special events; may handle public speaking appearances, work at fundraising events, or attend activities as an organization representative.
- Responsible for providing projections and recommendations of budget and anticipated revenue
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5 years in marketing
- Valid driver's license
- High School diploma or GED Equivalent
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Ability to create and manage a budget
- Data Driven Mindset
