Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships through a consultative approach to online marketing.
- Create project scopes, marketing briefs, and strategies that align with client objectives.
- Manage client budgets and oversee creative approvals.
- Lead the management of success metrics, tracking documents, and quarterly client reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Project Management, Marketing, Creative, Development, etc.) to ensure timely project delivery.
- Facilitate client approvals for project scopes, estimates, and invoices, while keeping clients informed on project status.
- Interpret client requests and technical requirements effectively to write comprehensive tickets and scopes of work.
- Analyze account performance data to provide insightful monthly reporting to clients.
- Develop and present seasonal marketing plans to clients while identifying new marketing opportunities.
Required Skills
- 3-4 years of experience in agency or client-based account management, with a background in internet marketing, paid media, medical device sales, or SaaS.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- A strategic and analytical mindset with a focus on building strong partnerships.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships on a day-to-day basis.
- Strong knowledge of online marketing and advertising practices.

Compensation And Benefits
The estimated base salary for this position ranges from \(60,000 to \)75,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on your level of experience and qualifications.
