Guest Services Supervisor - Casino jobs in Vermont

We are looking for a full or part time Overnight Guest Service Supervisor to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing information about the hotel and its services, and responding to any inquiries or complaints. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and an ability to provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

• Perform check-in and check-out procedures for guests.
• Supervise all overnight hotel functions
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
• Monitor the hotel lobby and grounds for suspicious activity.
• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
• Answer inquiries from guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment transactions accurately and efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
