Position: Technical/CAD Designer

Responsibilities:

• Develop design solutions for print finishing projects.
• Create prototypes and execute specialized jobs using the Kongsberg CAD table.
• Collaborate with customers and internal departments throughout project phases.
• Utilize Artois and/or Impact software proficiently.
• Demonstrate creativity and problem-solving skills to resolve complex design issues.
• Ensure client expectations are met while contributing to overall organizational activities.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of professional experience preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD software is essential.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Creativity, integrity, and initiative are valued traits.

Entry-level experience may be considered for individuals with a basic understanding of computer graphics and drafting.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000
• Actual salary offered will depend on qualifications, experience, and skills.
• Compensation package may include medical and other benefits.
