*Overview*

We are seeking a dedicated Farm Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for farming and possess a diverse skill set to contribute to our farm operations. We offer bi-weekly evaluations where employees are eligible for raises.

*Responsibilities*

- Assist with general farm maintenance tasks

- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment

- Handle and care for farm animals

- Utilize hand tools for various farming activities

- Supervise and coordinate farm activities as needed

- Carpentry skills preferred

- Operate heavy equipment when necessary

*Experience*

- Experience in farming, including crop cultivation and animal husbandry

- Proficiency in using hand tools for farming activities

- Ability to operate and maintain various farm machinery and equipment

- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation is a plus

- Experience in supervising farm activities is beneficial

-Must be a self motivated candidate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.60 - $17.33 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
