Your Role:

As a General Bindery Worker, you'll be an integral part of the Bindery and Mailing Departments. You'll help ensure that jobs are completed accurately and on time, contributing to the seamless production of printed materials. You’ll work with various machines, inspecting, feeding, stacking, and packaging products to meet quality standards.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with machine feeding, ensuring forms are jogged, inspected, and placed correctly in the hopper.
• Monitor machine stackers, inspecting and stacking finished products, discarding any that don't meet quality standards.
• Handle packaging, including string-tying bundles, pre-making boxes, and labeling.
• Operate or assist with shrinkwrapping as specified in the job ticket.
• Conduct hand stitching as needed.
• Train and support temporary employees, ensuring consistent quality and teamwork.
• Keep the work area clean and assist with other tasks when machines are not operating.
