Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer/Helper to join our team. This position involves assisting with various construction and installation tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled tradespeople in various tasks related to construction and installation projects.
• Operate power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
• Support in the installation of cabinets and flooring, ensuring precision and quality.
• Participate in trim carpentry and frame carpentry tasks as directed.
• Help with hardscape projects, including the installation of patios and walkways.
• Assist in stucco application and caulking for finishing touches on projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Skills

• Proficiency in using power tools is essential for various tasks.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam software is a plus for project documentation.
• Experience in trim carpentry and cabinet installation is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of frame carpentry techniques is beneficial.
• Understanding of hardscape installation processes is an asset.
• Experience with stucco application and caulking techniques is preferred.
• Basic flooring installation skills will be advantageous for project completion.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.11 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
