Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flooring installation and a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship. As a Flooring Installer, you will be responsible for installing various types of flooring materials in residential and commercial settings, ensuring that each project meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas accurately.
• Install a variety of flooring types, including hardwood, laminate, tile, and carpet.
• Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary adhesives or underlayment.
• Perform restoration tasks as needed to ensure the longevity and appearance of the flooring.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on construction sites.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Experience
Candidates should possess experience or skills in the following areas:

• Flooring installation techniques and best practices.
• Knowledge of construction painting and trim carpentry.
• Experience in tile laying is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform construction estimating is a plus.
• Previous work experience on construction sites is beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
