Essential Functions:

Design/Sales

• Responsible for qualifying leads and generating sales by taking the prospective client through the DKT sales process
• Create designs and layouts for various projects to the clients specifications
• Meet with clients in order to understand the client's objectives and desires
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors and staff in order to address client's needs
• Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups and renderings) for clients
• Create estimates for clients and close the estimate to a signed contract agreement
• Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
• Able to juggle the demands of multiple customers and multiple projects at one time
• Follow company processes and procedures
• Project a professional appearance and demeanor with clients
• Prepare and present contract documents to clients
• Ability to be an effective salesperson
• Main point of contact with clients through the sales cycle and secondary contact through the installation process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4-5 years of experience in related field
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 20/20 or Chief Architect
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong creative and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to execute sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
