Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Controller, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance discrepancies and corrections on all operational aircraft. Your role is crucial in maintaining the safety and reliability of the fleet and ensuring minimal maintenance recovery time.
Responsibilities:

Manage schedules, maintenance/inspections, unscheduled maintenance requirements, and available workforce at the start of each shift.

Coordinate maintenance discrepancies and corrections on operational aircraft, minimizing maintenance recovery time.

Monitor and analyze mechanical problems on the line, taking proactive measures to resolve issues promptly.

Coordinate parts, manpower, and travel arrangements for field repairs.

Maintain accurate documentation for outstation aircraft maintenance.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient aircraft availability and equipment changes.

Adhere to safety and compliance regulations.
Qualifications:
Required:
-
High school diploma or equivalent.

Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate.

Experience with avionics troubleshooting and aircraft systems.

Proficiency in MS Office suite, maintenance software, and MHIRJ Portal.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication skills and safety advocacy.

Authorization to work in the US.
Preferred:
-
CRJ or part 121, 129, or 135 line maintenance experience.

Previous experience in maintenance control.
