The Lifeguard is responsible for protecting and caring for all members and guests using the aquatics facilities while maintaining a safe club environment and providing excellent customer service. The Lifeguard position is a full or part-time, non-exempt position.
As a non-exempt employee, the Lifeguard shall not exceed 40 hours per week without prior written permission from the General Manager.
