Additionally, Head Cataloging Librarian typically reports to top management. The Head Cataloging Librarian manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. - Ensuring a high standard of the educational experience for all students.
- Building school culture and a strong student, parent, and staff community.
- Cultivating relationships with parents and engaging parents in the MSR culture.
- Communicating the mission of MSR to the wider community.
- Engaging in community outreach to enhance the status and reputation of MSR.

- At least 3 years of formal Montessori teaching experience.

- AMS certification.
