  • JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Dayton Dutch Lions FC is actively searching for a qualified individual to fill the role of Head Coach. This position requires leading our team throughout the season. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting players through tryouts and scouting, and subsequently coaching the team during the specified season. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced coach to excel in this crucial role.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The Head Coach will be responsible for the following:


    • Recruitment of high-level soccer players.

    • Hosting and managing tryouts for player selection.

    • Scouting games to identify potential talents and opponents’ strategies.

    • Coaching the team during the active months of May, June, and July.


    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

    • Previous experience coaching high-level soccer players.

    • A strong network within college soccer for effective player recruitment.

    • Preferably hold a USSF A license or an equivalent coaching credential.

    • College coaching experience is highly preferred.
