Head Football Coach jobs in Helena, MT

We are looking for an Offensive Assistant Football Coach to join our team and help develop and mentor our players. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Offensive Coordinator and Head Coach in developing and implementing strategies to improve the team's performance, providing guidance and instruction to players, and helping to ensure that all players adhere to team rules and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of football fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring young athletes.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement practice drills and game strategies.
• Teach fundamentals of football to players.
• Motivate players to perform at their best.
• Analyze game film and develop strategies for improvement.
• Assist in recruiting new players.
• Develop relationships with players, parents, and other coaches.
• Be knowledgeable of all rules and regulations of the sport.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,500.00 per month
