Additionally, Head Nurse - Industrial maintains pre-set inventory standards for solutions, supplies, medicines and equipment, and keeps track of narcotics. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing. Requires Registered Nurse (RN). Typically reports to a director. The Head Nurse - Industrial manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.     About The Role

    • Partner with senior management to conceive, develop, and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that drives growth and operational excellence. Identify opportunities to leverage technology for competitive advantage throughout the enterprise.
    • Manage and mentor a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional development.
    • Collaborate with team members across the organization to understand and analyze business priorities, opportunities, and challenges, identifying and implementing technology and solutions that enable a technology-driven approach.
    • Drive the adoption of digital technologies across the organization, enhancing efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and customer/employee experience.
    • Oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of technology solutions, including property management systems, CRM, intranet and data analytics platforms.
    • Lead technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
    • Understand the requirements of a hybrid work model and have a demonstrated ability to enhance and optimize the employee and related stakeholder experience through IT solutions.
    • Develop strategies for collecting, analyzing, and utilizing data to drive insights, operational efficiencies, and informed decision-making.
    • Enable real-time access to operational and market-oriented information to maximize transparency while pushing access to key information, learning, and decision-making down throughout the enterprise.
    • Establish and maintain the highest quality and consistency of cybersecurity protocols, ensuring the protection of sensitive data, business continuity, and compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Collaborate with external technology vendors and partners, negotiating contracts, managing relationships, and ensuring service delivery.
    • Communicate technology initiatives, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership, ensuring alignment and transparency.
    • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Evaluate their potential to improve Rexford Industrial's operations and customer offerings.

    About You

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are strongly preferred.
    • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles.
    • Demonstrated ability to set a technology vision and drive its execution, aligning with organizational goals.
    • Strong business and strategic acumen, with the ability to understand and align technology initiatives to enhance and enable organizational objectives.
    • Proven experience in driving technological innovation and delivering successful technology projects.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, mutual respect, and continuous improvement.
    • In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, machine learning, data analytics, and their applications in real estate.
    • Experience in project management, including defining scope, managing budgets, and delivering results.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.

    Rexford Industrial's total reward plan includes a premier benefits package, bonus eligibility, and long-term stock incentives. This role's expected annual base salary range is $155,000 to $285,000, with a 40% yearly discretionary bonus target and stock grant eligibility.
