Being a Head Nurse - Infection Control ensures isolation protocols are followed and that appropriate state and county organizations are notified of any reportable diseases. The primary function of the Sales Administrator is to schedule all estimate appointments and Wood Destroying Insect Report inspection appointments for the sales department. To speak with potential customers, explain new services, and schedule appointments with an account manager for all Arrow branches/companies. To speak with homeowners, realtors, and contractors to explain the inspection procedure and fee associated. To issue WDIR reports from the office. To process paperwork and follow-up on the sale of new service. To assist with all tasks relating to the Account Manager and Regional Sales Manager.
· Knowledge of company products and services and policies and procedures, termite and pest treatment methods, internet search engines
· Take incoming leads through all avenues (phone, email, internet) for potential customers and schedule appointments with an account manager.
· Give immediate response to potential customers through the “new service” email to schedule appointments with an account manager.
· Take calls to schedule appointments and respond to email requests for WDIRs. Include correct account information for inspector to include on reports.
· Set follow-ups as needed on account managers for jobs that are not sold, scheduled and/or paid.
· Monitor accounts for job completion or any additional follow-ups needed.
· Assist with printing or running reports for sales department weekly and attend weekly sales meeting
· Add cold call appointments to fill sales schedules daily with accurate detailed work order instructions
· Make phone calls to new home buyers by builder to introduce Arrow, explain contract and upsell services.
· Complete outgoing phone calls to generate leads to fill sales schedules.
· Assist with answering incoming phone calls and routing those to the appropriate person.
· Assist account managers with any projects, follow-up, account question, or scheduling that they may need.
· Work with construction companies to gain contact information for new owners. Update accounts with new homeowner information and explain services on the account.
· Set sales follow-ups on account managers for new commercial accounts
· Accurately take credit card payment information and give to accounting to process
· Complete daily/weekly reporting to supervisor
· Listen to messages from answering machine, check email, check slack and return phone calls the same day.
· Assist with any other projects assigned from a manager/owner
