Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, scheduling, and budgeting
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for event services and products
- Coordinate event setup, including arranging seating, audiovisual equipment, and decorations
- Oversee event operations during the actual event to ensure smooth execution
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during events
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement

Skills:
- Experience cold calling potential families to generate enrollment leads following community events.
- Familiarity with, or willingness to become familiar with, nine county service areas.
- Recruiting age and income eligible expectant mother, and children for the Early Head Start/Head Start program.

-Supporting Parent-Child Educators and Early Head Start Home Base Families

-Working closely with one additional program Recruiter and Event Coordinator
