What We Offer:

• Full-time In person position (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
• No weekends or holidays!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high volumes of inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Verify patient insurance coverage using online portals and by phone
• Complete and maintain accurate insurance benefit sheets for patients
• Discuss patient accounts and assist with billing inquiries
• Accept and post patient payments
